Your tasks Administrative support for our sales \& purchasing team Preparation and creation of purchase contracts, leasing documents, and vehicle documentation Management and maintenance of our CRM system Processing and maintenance of customer \& vehicle dossiers Coordination of vehicle deliveries and vehicle takeovers Support with the registration, deregistration, and management of our vehicles Telephone and written contact with customers, suppliers, leasing companies, insurance companies, and authorities Coordination of workshop, detailing, transport, and delivery appointments Maintenance and updating of vehicle advertisements and internal systems Procurement and control of missing vehicle documents General administrative and organizational tasks Direct support for Sales, Purchasing, and Management in daily business What you bring with you Commercial training or comparable professional experience Independent, structured, and reliable way of working Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment Initiative and the motivation to take on responsibility Ambition and the desire to develop personally and professionally Very good German skills in speaking and writing French, Italian, and English fluent, as we sell vehicles nationally and internationally Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and confident handling of digital systems Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance Interest in the automotive industry and high-quality vehicles is an advantage What awaits you with us We are in an exciting growth phase.
