With a team of 35 committed and experienced employees, we accompany our customers in all aspects of real estate management. This includes the purchase, realization, rental, valuation, and management of residential, commercial, and development properties. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking and experienced personality as Head of Real Estate Valuation & Consulting (80-100%) Your area of responsibility Leadership and further development of the valuation and consulting department Independent creation of real estate valuations of commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties as well as projects (commercial/residential) for legal and private customers Acquisition of valuation and consulting contracts Creation of floor plans and WQ adjustments as well as consultations on the topic of real estate in cooperation with internal departments Communication and coordination of different stakeholder groups Responsibility for costs, quality, and deadlines Observation and analysis of the Swiss real estate market, recognition of new trends in the market What you bring Several years of professional experience and in-depth expertise in real estate valuation Completed training and further education in the field of real estate valuation (e.g. CAS Real Estate Valuation, Real Estate Valuer with federal FA or federal diploma Real Estate Trustee and MAS Real Estate Management) Very good knowledge of common valuation standards and different valuation methods Independent, structured, and responsible way of working Technical understanding and high quality awareness Customer-oriented personality with pleasure in dealing with people Good knowledge of MS-Office and Dimensions What to expect Partnership-based working atmosphere with freedom for initiative and knowledge exchange Modern office space in Diepoldsau SG Flexible working hours Long-term perspective in a regionally established company group Interested?
