What you achieve with us You take on the role of Chef de Service in the operational day-to-day business and ensure a smooth service process. You care for our guests with high service quality and contribute to an unforgettable culinary experience. With your technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of the food and wine menu, you ensure professional advice and high guest satisfaction. Even in busy service times, you remain calm and composed and guarantee a structured and efficient service. Close collaboration with the kitchen team and service team is a matter of course for you, in order to guarantee a consistent gastronomic overall experience. You pay attention to details and place value on an appealing table culture, a well-groomed presentation of the dishes, and attentive service. The satisfaction of our guests is at the center of your attention, and you do everything to meet and exceed their expectations. Your profile Completed training as a restaurateur or corresponding professional experience. In-depth industry knowledge and experience in 5-star hotels or upscale gastronomy. Very good German and English skills, Italian as well as other languages are an advantage. Stress tolerance, organizational skills, and independent working methods, even in hectic situations. Team-oriented personality with a good sense of guests and sales talent. High level of commitment and sense of responsibility. Very good manners as well as a well-groomed and professional appearance. Our offer Fixed-term seasonal position from late November 2026 to mid-April 2027, further seasons desired. 5-day week on average at 43.5 hours. 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year. 13th monthly salary from entry (pro rata temporis).
