Reception & Orientation: Welcoming visitors, clients and VIPs with professionalism and kindness.
Flow management: Registration of entries, distribution of badges and access control.
Telephone management: Taking calls, transferring and transmitting messages in French and English.
Customer service: Informing and orienting visitors with efficiency.
Presentation: Ensuring the impeccable maintenance of the reception area.
Profile sought:
Experience: Confirmed experience in a similar position (corporate reception, events, hospitality or customer service).
Languages: Perfect mastery of French and English (minimum B2/C1 level, ability to hold a fluid conversation). Another language is an asset.
Presentation: Excellent interpersonal skills, neat appearance, punctuality and luxury service sense.
