Are you looking for a key position in controlling where your analyses have a direct operational impact? For a leading and modern company in the healthcare sector in the Aarau region, we are looking for an experienced personality for Business Controlling. In this hub function, you will act as a valued finance sparring partner for managers and decision-makers in the core operational area.

Your main tasks

• Business Partnering & Consulting: You competently advise managers on business management issues and support them in financial and strategic decisions.
• Planning & Analyses: You manage budget planning, conduct profitability analyses, and analyze costs, services, as well as service structures.
• Management Reporting: You create target-group-oriented reports, identify trends, and derive concrete recommendations for action and optimization from them.
• Closing reliability: You ensure the quality of periodic financial statements and accruals in the controlling area.
• Process development: You participate actively in projects and continuously develop controlling processes as well as reporting tools.

Your profile

• Education: Completed studies (FH/Uni) with a focus on finance/controlling or a commercial basic education with specialist further training in controlling.
• Experience: Demonstrable professional experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or performance controlling – mandatory within the healthcare sector (e.g., hospital, clinic, rehab, nursing, or insurance environment).
• Specialist knowledge: Understanding of the financial and business management contexts in healthcare.
• Tool skills: Very good MS-Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, TIP HCe) is a plus.
• Languages: Flawless German skills in speaking and writing.
• Personality: Analytically strong, assertive, independent, and with pronounced communication competence at eye level with operational interfaces.
