OHS Specialist Company description Mandated by a long-standing company in the Geneva region, we are looking for a 6-month fixed-term contract for a(n): OHS Specialist M/F Job description Your main missions will be as follows: Coordinate and monitor Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) activities in accordance with Swiss regulations. Perform and update risk analyses and hazard assessments at workstations. Monitor prevention/correction action plans and support operational managers. Ensure the management of chemical products: SDS, storage, use, risks and protection measures. Analyze accidents/incidents, identify causes and propose corrective measures. Advise teams on PPE, machines, ergonomics and situations presenting particular dangers. Participate in OHS audits, training, exercises and in the management of emergency situations. Ensure documentary and regulatory monitoring and the necessary exchanges with the competent bodies/authorities. Profile sought Immediate/fast availability Training or qualification in Occupational Health & Safety / industrial safety. Good mastery of Swiss OHS legislation and requirements (CFST 6508, SUVA, LTr/OLT, etc.). Significant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Good knowledge of chemical products and dangerous substances, notably reading and utilizing SDS. Practical experience in risk analysis, accident prevention and implementation of corrective measures. Knowledge of main industrial risks: machines, noise, ergonomics, handling, fire, etc. Ability to work autonomously and to be quickly operational within the framework of a 6-month mission.
