Raiffeisenbank Thalwil is a well-positioned and regionally oriented bank with its headquarters in Thalwil and a branch in Adliswil. As a young, independent cooperative banking institution of the Raiffeisen Gruppe, it operates successfully in the market.

As of, the bank has a balance sheet total of around 917 million Franken with a focus on the investment and mortgage business. Around 42 employees ensure satisfied customers and members with great enthusiasm and dedication. To continuously further develop our bank in the coming years, we are looking for a creative and entrepreneurially minded leadership personality as Chairman of the Executive Board.

• Together with the Executive Board, you manage the operational banking business and implement the strategic requirements of the Board of Directors with your employees.
• As an entrepreneur, you recognize potentials in a demanding market and develop ideas on how to exploit them to ensure healthy growth for the bank.
• You position the bank as a sympathetic, attractive financial service provider in the entire region and utilize existing potentials.
• The profiling and emotionalizing customer experience is at the center – you motivate your employees toward exemplary service, unique customer rituals, and top performance.
• You network within the market and represent the bank in public.

• You are an entrepreneurially minded, empathetic personality with proven leadership experience - you create frameworks in which employees can develop and draw motivation.
• You complement your broad banking expertise, which is based on advanced banking or business administration training, with many years of sales experience and an appropriate awareness of risk.
• You have already demonstrated your skills in different functions and leadership roles in various banking sectors.
• You identify with the unique Raiffeisen culture and live our values even in your leadership work.
• You are characterized by a professional appearance, are open, and appropriate and effective communication with a wide variety of stakeholders is one of your strengths.
