Your tasks:

• Independent management of construction sites in cooperation with the construction managers
• Monitoring and control of construction work
• Organization and planning of workflows
• Ensuring compliance with our safety and quality standards
• Contact person for customers and suppliers
• Support of the construction manager in construction site organization

What you bring with you:

• Training as a foreman or Polier Structural Engineering
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge in construction management and construction site organization
• Ability to work in a team and leadership competence
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Interest in motivating and getting involved
• Good German skills
