Logistics Operator (m/w/d) – Production Logistics / SAP & MS Office Knowledge / Commissioning & Shipping / Forklift License & Warehouse Technology / Lean / KVP Experience / 100% / Rotkreuz Project: For our client F. Hoffmann – La Roche Ltd, we are looking for a committed and reliable person as Logistics Operator (m/w/d) for the Rotkreuz location. In this role, you will support the Production- & Outbound Services team in the area of production logistics. You will significantly contribute to the smooth execution of production orders, spare parts configuration, and the shipping of finished products. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Equipping, packaging, and shipping customer orders according to delivery papers • Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order papers • Printing equipment and delivery labels and shipping labels • Creating transport lists for spare parts and equipment orders: • Sorting and compiling printed delivery notes and order papers • Processing production orders and delivery notes according to instructions • Processing printed material accompanying papers for orders Requirements: • Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ • At least 2 years of professional experience in production logistics • MS Office & SAP knowledge • Good communication skills with internal customers and suppliers • Experience in handling adjacent interfaces • Valid forklift license • Problem-solving skills in the daily area of responsibility, considering the preceding and subsequent interfaces, with a focus on quality and safety • Experience in handling adjacent interfaces Nice to haves: • Experience in handling hazardous and refrigerated goods • Networked thinking with regard to goal conflicts between process quality and compliance with all safety regulations, compliance guidelines, and industry regulations Languages: Good German and English skills (at least B1) Reference Nr.: 925035TW Role: Logistics Operator Industry: Pharma Workplace: Rotkreuz Percentage: 100% Start: 01/08/2026 Duration: ++12 months If this position has sparked your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
