Architect
In order to complete our team, we are looking for:
an architect
Occupancy rate: 100% (80% possible)
Availability: immediately or by agreement
The candidate will be required to work on various projects, ranging from the field of renovation and transformation of buildings, to the development of architectural projects.
We are looking for a versatile, rigorous and pragmatic person, capable of effectively managing their projects and ensuring coordination with the various stakeholders.
Your main tasks will be:
Develop architectural projects, from the preliminary design to the execution phases
Elaborate and coordinate plans, sections, construction details and execution dossiers on ARCHICAD
Ensure coordination with engineers, specialized mandatories, companies and other project partners
Analyze and integrate technical, regulatory and constructive constraints
Collaboration in the drafting of calls for tenders
Experience or skills in construction management represent an asset
Your profile presents the following skills:
HES, EPF architect diploma or equivalent training
Mastery of construction in Switzerland and knowledge of SIA standards, regulations and Genevan administrative procedures
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Switzerland as an architect
Excellent mastery of Archicad
Mastery of common office software
Perfect mastery of the French language, written and oral
Interpersonal skills and autonomy
