Project Manager Child and Youth Promotion 80 %

Start of position as of 1 January 2027 or by arrangement In this role, you will take responsibility for national projects and programs with partner organizations from all language regions of Switzerland and actively help shape current topics in child and youth promotion. Furthermore, you will coordinate and initiate activities in the field of OKJA and digitality. Your tasks • Management of national and international projects and programs in the areas of inclusion, mental health and climate justice. • Coordination of activities in the field of Open Child and Youth Work and digitality • Development of new projects • Representation of the DOJ in committees and networks • Conception and implementation of events • Participation in association work Our requirements • Several years of experience in managing complex projects or programs • Tertiary degree in Social Work / Social Sciences or a related field. • Interest in child and youth promotion; knowledge of Open Child and Youth Work in Switzerland is an advantage • Interest in current developments in the field of digitality (e.g. AI, Social Media, digital participation or Digital Youth Work) and their significance for children, adolescents and Open Child and Youth Work. • Bilingual or very good German and French skills (written and spoken), Italian skills are an advantage • Experience in moderation, process design and cooperation with various stakeholders • High degree of independence, initiative and willingness to take responsibility as well as a communicative, service-oriented and team-oriented way of working Our offer • Much scope for design and high personal responsibility in national projects • Varied and socially relevant activities with an impact on child and youth promotion in Switzerland • Contemporary employment conditions and flexible work design (time / location) • Cooperation in a qualified and motivated team and a committed board • Attractive office premises five minutes' walk from Bern station Are you interested in this challenge?
