Gysi AG specializes in laser cutting, bending, welding and post-processing of sheet metal parts. For our team, we are looking for motivated specialists with real experience in sheet metal processing. Employee Sheet Metal Part Separation / Deburring (Production Unskilled Worker) After cutting, you ensure that our sheet metal parts are cleanly separated, deburred and prepared for the next production steps. You remove the cut parts from the metal grid, process them according to specifications and ensure clean execution. No special training is required for this position. Manual dexterity, physical resilience as well as concentrated and reliable working are important. Your tasks: • Removing and separating cut sheet metal parts from the metal grids. • Sorting, counting, labeling and preparing the parts for further production steps. • Machine deburring and rounding of sheet metal parts on Timesaver and Fladder systems according to specifications. • Manual post-processing as well as checking parts for burrs, sharp edges and surface quality. • Assisting with the straightening of sheet metal parts on the straightening machine. • General auxiliary work in production as well as order and cleanliness at the workplace. Your profile: • Experience in sheet metal processing or the metal industry is an advantage, but not mandatory. • Experience with deburring systems, especially Timesaver or Fladder, as well as with a straightening machine is a plus. • Manual dexterity and a good physical condition. • Concentrated, careful and proactive way of working; you maintain an overview even with repetitive tasks. • Good German skills to understand work instructions. • Teamwork skills, reliability and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
