Your mission: Ensure the technical, organizational, and financial management of painting sites. Concretely, you will be required to: Develop and follow up on your client portfolio Perform measurements and prepare quotes / tenders Plan and coordinate teams on sites Organize material orders and logistics Ensure work monitoring and execution quality Control costs and site profitability Maintain a relationship of trust with clients and partners Job requirements: Your profile CFC in building painting or training deemed equivalent Federal certificate (team leader / foreman): a real asset Confirmed experience in a technician or painting site manager function Good knowledge of the construction market in French-speaking Switzerland Comfortable in customer relations and negotiation Organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented person Comfortable with IT tools and administrative follow-up Driving license indispensable A recognized player in recruitment in French-speaking Switzerland since 2006, PROMAN BM Emploi SA accompanies its clients in the search for qualified profiles in temporary and permanent positions.
