In this versatile role, you coordinate technical services, ensure the smooth running of processes, and are an important interlocutor for internal and external clients. Technical employee network services (all) # Your field of activity • You coordinate services for client installations and ensure that orders are entered and processed on time in the relevant systems • You carefully prepare offers, contractual documents, and invoices, thus contributing to seamless client follow-up • You support project managers in daily administrative tasks • You respond competently and in a solution-oriented manner to client inquiries regarding contracts, invoices, services, or the progress of processing • You maintain contractual, project, and client data in various ICT systems and contribute to high data quality • You analyze inspection results, prepare reports, and support the planning of subsequent maintenance measures What you bring • You have completed training in the commercial, electrotechnical, or a comparable field • You enjoy contact with clients and adopt a friendly and engaging attitude • You communicate easily in German and ideally also possess oral knowledge of French • You quickly assimilate new ICT systems and work confidently with digital applications; SAP PM or Dynamics 365 CRM are an advantage • A careful and structured way of working as well as a high awareness of quality characterize you • Openness, honesty, and collegial collaboration are obvious to you and you like working in a team We do not wish to receive applications from recruitment agencies.
