In this function, you ensure that ticket machines, passenger displays and other technical public transport systems are successfully integrated into our infrastructure, thereby making a visible contribution to modern public transport. You support our Head of System Technology in the operational and organizational day-to-day business and take over his deputy role. As a central interface, you work closely with internal specialist departments such as IT and Planning as well as with external partners, suppliers and customers. In doing so, you ensure that technical requirements are implemented in a practical manner and that the different interests are optimally coordinated. You plan and accompany public tenders, lead the resulting projects and actively contribute your expertise to the further development of future system solutions. You represent VBL AG in external specialist committees, working groups and projects and contribute to successfully driving strategic topics forward. You look after our customers and partners competently and ensure a trusting and sustainable cooperation with your service-oriented way of working. This is what you bring with you. You have completed basic training as an electrical installer or an electrician or a comparable technical training. In addition, you have completed further training at HF or FH level in electrical engineering, system technology, computer science, information technology or a related field. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in project management, preferably in the environment of public transport, infrastructure facilities or IT-related systems. You maintain a professional, service-oriented interaction with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders and thereby promote a trusting and successful cooperation.
