Call Agents Inbound Telecommunications 50-100% (m/f)

For our client, we are looking for several telephone customer advisors/ Inbound Call Agents for the Telecommunications department (m/f) 50-100% for the location in the Kreuzlingen region (NO HOME OFFICE), starting by arrangement.

• You conduct and record incoming telephone calls in the technical and administrative area
• You increase customer satisfaction through your rapid resolution of incoming service requests
• You help fulfill project goals through efficient call handling
• Working hours: Mo – Sa: 08:00 – 20:00 (Sunday off shift)

Requirements:

• (oral and written) fluent, accent-free German, as well as Swiss German understanding (any further language is an advantage)
• Eloquent, motivated, technically savvy, flexible and reliable
• 100% availability during the training period of 2 weeks
• Shift readiness: Our employees are scheduled every second Saturday and predominantly in the evening
• The framework conditions for part-time employees (50-100% workload) remain the same: 5 days per week, working days: Monday – Saturday

Mandatory knowledge:

• Good PC skills, advanced IT user knowledge
• Good understanding of telecommunications
• Good communication
• Affinity for sales and consulting (Sales, Up- and Cross-Selling)
• Tact in delicate customer situations
