Your contribution

• Be responsible for the procedural decommissioning of army material according to internal specifications and guidelines
• Substantively review decommissioning applications within the framework of quality assurance
• Independently and proactively manage the assigned order portfolio from initialization to formal completion
• Consistently enforce and ensure compliance with deadlines, quantities, and defined requirements towards our partners
• Coordinate logistical arrangements and material allocations for cultural property, gift stocks, as well as for sales or disposal sites
• Create relocation and liquidation orders and ensure the technical final processing in SAP

What makes you unique

• Completed basic training in the commercial or logistical field with several years of function-relevant professional experience
• Higher vocational education in a logistical or business administration direction is an advantage
• Proficient application of the IT systems SAP and MS Office
• High level of personal responsibility, resilience, as well as the ability for holistic and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team, communication strength combined with assertiveness and a pronounced understanding of processes
• Oral and written knowledge of a second official language
