House Painter (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a House Painter (M/F). Your future responsibilities : • You will carry out painting work as part of new constructions and renovation projects. • You will work for individuals, real estate agencies as well as on large-scale construction sites. • You will prepare the various surfaces before the application of products: cleaning, sanding, filling and treatment of supports. • You will apply different types of paints, notably dispersion, enamel and varnishes. • You will perform the application of plaster and carry out troweled or rubbed finishes. • You will use different application techniques: brush, roller and spray gun. • You will protect floors, windows, furniture and other elements before the start of work. • You will carry out finishing work and necessary touch-ups in order to guarantee a quality result. • You will prepare the mixtures, tints and necessary products according to the work to be performed. • You will maintain the equipment, keep your workspace clean and remove waste as well as remaining materials. Your profile : • You benefit from training in the field of painting or have at least 3 years of professional experience in an equivalent position. • You are comfortable both in individual work and in collaboration with a team. • You demonstrate dynamism, speed and professionalism in the execution of your tasks. • You have good physical endurance and are used to working conditions on construction sites. • You communicate easily in French and understand the different work instructions. • You are a conscientious, meticulous person attentive to detail. • You know how to organize your work and respect the planned deadlines • You attach great importance to cleanliness as well as to the quality of the work performed. • You are flexible and know how to adapt to different types of construction sites and work. • Ideally, you hold a driver's license and have your own means of transport..
