The company operates throughout Switzerland and stands for high-quality projects in underground construction as well as modern infrastructure and well-coordinated teams.

Job Description ##

• Leadership and coordination of construction site teams in tunnel construction
• Organization and supervision of daily construction processes underground
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and deadline specifications
• Supporting construction management in planning and resource management
• Active participation on the construction site as well as a role model function within the team
• Reporting and communication with internal and external bodies

We expect ##

• Completed training in the main construction industry (e.g., road builder, mason or comparable)
• Several years of experience in tunnel construction mandatory
• Further training as a foreman or site manager is an advantage
• Good German skills, other languages are an advantage
• Assertiveness, organizational talent, and teamwork skills
• Willingness for shifts
• Driver's license Cat. B is an advantage
