YOUR TASKS • You ensure smooth administrative processes in the Center for Gastroenterology • You are responsible for the reception, admission, and registration of patients • You are responsible for appointment coordination • You take over the recording of service invoices • You prepare patient documents and coordinate the exchange of documents with practices and internal wards • You manage the telephone switchboard and are responsible for electronic data archiving <br /> YOUR PROFILE • You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe) • Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in a similar role • You have proficient German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good MS Office skills • You are willing to work various shifts from Monday to Friday from 07.00 to at latest 18:00 • With your daily presence, the 60% workload is distributed over 5 days a week with a correspondingly reduced daily target time <br /> Perhaps this is the chance you have been waiting for!
