To strengthen our team in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a regionally working employee immediately or by agreement Hauswart / Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt / Reiniger m/w 100% Your tasks: • Property maintenance (residential and commercial buildings) • Cleaning of stairwells • Cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings • Mowing lawns, removing weeds, maintaining borders, cutting hedges and edges • Monitoring of building technology • General tasks, such as changing lamps etc. Requirements: • Apprenticeship as a specialist in operational maintenance, craft training, or several years of experience as a janitor/cleaner • Language: CH-German • Driver's license category B mandatory (only automatic vehicles available) • Clean/well-groomed appearance • Good manners when dealing with customers and employees • Flexible/independent/resilient • Motivated/dynamic • All-rounder Offer: We offer you a varied activity in a dynamic environment.
