• Support existing building automation systems throughout Switzerland
• Professionally coordinate maintenance work and service assignments
• Rectify faults on-site and via remote maintenance
• Lead the technical customer service
• Participate in projects to optimize customer service

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as an electrical installer or electrical installer or automation technician or automation technician
• Strong customer orientation in technical service
• Solution-oriented approach in everyday work
• Independent and clearly structured way of working
• Enjoyment of technology and direct customer contact
