Team Leader Production Cleanroom

Your tasks

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team of 10 employees (assembly and plant engineering in the cleanroom)
• Promotion and development of your team members
• Organization of the daily production planning
• Ensuring a smooth production process while complying with quality, deadline, and cost specifications
• Compliance with quality standards, occupational safety, as well as other relevant and product-related standards and regulations

What you bring with you

• Training with a technical background, ideally in mechanical engineering
• Experience with cleanrooms is required
• Strong technical understanding
• High communication skills as well as flexibility and teamwork
• German mandatory, English an advantage
