Physical Security & Risk Management Manager

Reporting to the Management, you are the guarantor of the company's physical security strategy, safety, and operational risk management. In a demanding, highly confidential and regulated environment, you ensure the protection of employees, clients, infrastructure and assets while guaranteeing business continuity. As a true partner to Management, you provide a strategic vision while maintaining a strong operational presence on the ground. A recognized manager, you know how to make decisions in complex situations, unite internal and external teams and lead high-visibility projects. Your responsibilities ###### Definition of Security & Safety strategy ###### • Define, deploy and evolve the company's physical security and safety policy. • Develop a strategic roadmap integrating security, business continuity and resilience issues. • Advise Management on emerging risks and propose the necessary investments for the protection of people and property. • Guarantee permanent monitoring of regulatory, technological and security developments. Risk Governance ###### • Identify, map and assess risks related to physical security. • Develop and lead risk reduction plans. • Supervise crisis management and business continuity systems. • Actively participate in crisis cells and coordinate emergency plans during major events. • Ensure the follow-up of audits, recommendations and improvement plans. Operational Management ###### • Supervise all physical security systems: access control, video surveillance, intrusion alarms, fire detection, perimeter protection and sensitive zones. • Guarantee the proper functioning of safety infrastructure across all sites. • Lead projects for the evolution of security systems in collaboration with business and technical teams. • Supervise the management of badges, secure access, keys, visitors and external companies. • Ensure the follow-up of incidents, conduct investigations and implement corrective actions. Management & Leadership ###### • Supervise, support and develop the teams placed under your responsibility. • Define the department's objectives, priorities and performance indicators. • Manage specialized security partners and service providers while guaranteeing a high level of exigence. • Manage department budgets and optimize security-related investments. Security Culture ###### • Develop a true culture of prevention and security within the organization. • Design and conduct awareness programs intended for employees. • Organize regular crisis management, evacuation, business continuity or risk situation exercises. • Support managers in managing security issues. Representation & Institutional Relations ###### • Be the primary interlocutor for authorities, police services, firefighters, insurance companies and specialized organizations. • Develop relationships of trust with the various departments of the company. • Represent the Security department in the organization's strategic projects. -------------------- Your profile ###### You have a proven experience of a minimum of 8 to 15 years in physical security, safety or risk management management functions, ideally acquired in a bank, a financial institution, an international organization or any other highly sensitive environment. You are recognized for your ability to work with general management and to make decisions in complex contexts. You possess in particular: • excellent mastery of physical security and safety systems; • solid experience in risk management, business continuity and crisis management; • perfect knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations (AEAI, OPA, LTr, SN EN standards, ISO, MSST, etc.); • proven experience in leading strategic projects; • recognized managerial skills and a strong ability to unite multidisciplinary teams; • excellent communication, both with operational teams and with Management members; • a keen sense of confidentiality, integrity and ethics. Education ###### • Bachelor or Master in security, safety, risk management, engineering, or training deemed equivalent. • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, MSST, crisis management or any recognized certification constitute a real asset. -------------------- What we are looking for above all ###### Beyond technical skills, we are looking for a leader capable of inspiring confidence, endowed with strong situational intelligence, capable of keeping their cool in critical moments and taking rapid and informed decisions.
