Reporting directly to the CEO and as a key member of the Management, you will lead Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality, representing a scope of approximately 200 employees, with the mission to strength Job Description ### Main responsibilities Operational Excellence, Performance & Continuous Improvement • Define and deploy short and medium-term operational strategic initiatives, in line with the group's growth, revenue, and profitability objectives. • Supervise Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality activities to guarantee the achievement of operational objectives, on-time deliveries, and expected quality standards. • Optimize the allocation of human and technical resources, by strengthening industrialization, planning, capacity, and order prioritization processes. • Drive industrial performance through KPIs, OEE, OTIF, and quality indicators in order to quickly identify deviations, bottlenecks, and corrective actions. • Deploy a Lean and continuous improvement culture aimed at improving efficiency, reducing production costs, scrap, defects, and rework, while sustainably increasing productivity. • Ensure rigorous management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets as well as the optimization of costs, working capital, and processes supported by the ERP. • Guarantee a safe working environment, compliant with internal and external regulations, international quality standards, and ethical manufacturing requirements. Profile ### Desired profile Industrial, strategic & pragmatic leader • Proven experience of a minimum of 15 years in industrial/manufacturing operations, acquired in a demanding manufacturing environment with a strong industrialization culture; experience in watchmaking or dials constitutes a decisive asset. • Solid experience in leading large teams, ideally around 200 employees or more, in a demanding and performance-oriented production environment. • Mastery of industrialization issues, manufacturing excellence, Lean management, supply chain, engineering, quality, capacity planning, budget management, ERP, compliance, and industrial safety. • Ability to translate strategic and financial objectives into concrete roadmaps, operational indicators, and actions understandable by field teams. • Natural leadership, strong managerial presence, ability to develop a culture of performance, resilience, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Excellent level of English, strong financial culture, analytical mind, results orientation, and ease in solving complex problems.
