In the two units, consisting of the Neonatology Intensive Care Unit and the Neonatology IMC with a total of 11 places, the entire neonatological spectrum awaits you. We work on the nursing wards according to Lean principles. Visual management, work leveling, and continuous improvement are our priorities.

Your tasks

• During the two-year part-time postgraduate course to become a Dipl. Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF with a focus on pediatrics / neonatology, you will care for complexly ill infants and premature babies from the 23rd week of pregnancy.
• You will participate in internal and external pickup transports by ambulance, as well as REGA transports domestically and abroad.
• You appreciate the challenge of dealing with complex and rapidly changing situations and master them with professional skill.
• Teaching and coaching are provided by vocational training and guidance by specialists. As a student, you are assigned to Neonatology KSA AG in the first and fourth semesters and to the Intensive Care Unit of the Universitäts-Kinderspital Zürich in the second and third semesters.
• Theoretical education is provided by the educational provider Z-INA (Höhere Fachschule Intensiv-, Notfall- und Anästhesiepflege in Zürich).

Your profile

• You are a Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH or have a foreign nursing diploma recognized by the SBFI and professional experience of at least 6 months in acute care.
• You are a committed, open-minded personality and perceive changing situations and interdisciplinary cooperation as an interesting challenge.
• You possess the C1 language level.
