Helvetic Warranty GmbH is an independent Swiss company in the field of Embedded Insurance and a market leader in Switzerland. We offer customized object insurance for the DACH region and are growing strongly in this area. Since 2019, we have been a subsidiary of Helvetia Versicherungen. As an intermediary between customers and insurers, we offer B2B2C solutions, from product development and employee training to claims settlement. For over 10 years, we have centralized our services in Switzerland and communicate in all national languages as well as English. What you achieve ## • You manage topics in the operation and further development of our IT landscape and support operational, organizational, and technological projects within our IT organization. • You work closely with the business, your IT colleagues, and external partners and ensure an efficient and transparent flow of information. • You recognize connections, prioritize tasks independently, and make well-founded decisions to drive topics forward efficiently. • You independently take responsibility for IT initiatives and smaller IT projects and lead them in a structured manner to successful implementation. • You think in a solution-oriented manner, understand the business context, and actively contribute to the establishment of pragmatic processes and the continuous further development of our IT organization. What you bring ## • You have a completed degree in business informatics or a comparable training in the IT field - and are eager to apply your knowledge in a versatile IT environment. • You already have sound experience in independently managing and successfully implementing operational IT topics, IT initiatives, or projects. • You understand IT systems and technical connections very well, familiarize yourself curiously and quickly with new topics, and advance tasks with structure, overview, and initiative. • You approach topics analytically, solution-oriented, and with a clear service mindset - and convince through personal responsibility, reliability, and open, clear communication. • You value collaboration with internal and external partners and move confidently in German and English - both orally and in writing.
