LANDI Reba is a trade and service company of the fenaco Group, which is active in the fields of agricultural, retail, and energy trade at the locations Aesch, Bubendorf, Gelterkinden, and Laufen.

In our LANDI stores, we serve a large customer base with an assortment of garden, household, beverage, small animal accessories, do-it-yourself, leisure, and agricultural products. TopShop with a gas station and car wash completes the offer.

To lead and manage our shop team in Aesch, we are looking for a motivated and committed personality per immediately who likes to roll up their sleeves, values customer contact, and successfully leads the team with their reliable nature.

These tasks will inspire you

• Management of our Top Shop Aesch with shop, gas station, and carwash
• Planning the staff deployment plan and ensuring shop organization
• Development and leadership of the directly subordinate shop staff
• Ensuring inventory management and a sales front according to concept specifications
• Advising and serving customers as well as assisting with all tasks
• Completing the necessary administrative tasks
