For our Strategy & Planification department, we are looking for an indefinite contract and an immediate or to be agreed start date, a Transport Offer Manager (m/f) 100% Your mission • Design, plan and adapt the transport offer, while ensuring service management and the development of relations with our institutional partners. Your main tasks • Develop transport services and mobility concepts orienting the network in the medium and long term • Lead the development and implementation of timetable projects, guarantee the establishment of offers (TU/TRV) and determine vehicle requirements • Ensure network availability by managing offer adaptations related to construction sites and events • Lead, evaluate and develop the skills of a team of 4 employees • Act as a contact person and expert in transport engineering for municipalities, institutional partners and third-party transport companies • Identify and lead responses to tenders relevant to the development of the company's market Your profile • Training as a transport engineer, public transport specialist or an equivalent title • Proven experience of at least 3 years in the development of mobility concepts and offer planning within a public transport company • In-depth knowledge of standards, legislation and processes of the PT branch • Experience in personnel management and in relations with public sponsors or local authorities • Mastery of standard IT tools; knowledge of a graphic scheduling software is an asset • A level in German (B1) and English (B2) is an asset • Equipped with excellent leadership, great listening skills and a sense of negotiation, you know how to unite a team • Capable of managing projects with different horizons simultaneously, you know how to arbitrate priorities with pragmatism and are solution-oriented • You possess a high capacity for adaptation, are a trustworthy, discreet and reliable person • Optimistic and authentic, you wish to work in a human-sized company where the customer is at the center of concerns We offer you • A strategic and managerial role within a company with its 270 employees, in perpetual evolution • New challenges to take on within a dynamic and motivated team • Attractive remuneration and working conditions The Head of the Strategy and Planning department, Mr. Pierre Le Gall - tel. 021 989 18 41, will gladly provide you with any additional information.
