A leading healthcare company in the Berner Oberland ensures basic and specialized medical care for the region across several hospital locations and healthcare facilities. For this dynamic environment, we are looking for an experienced leader for a temporary assignment of around 8 months, starting immediately or by arrangement. Interim Team Lead Financial Accounting (m/f/d) – 80-100% Duration: from immediately for approx. 8 months Location: Unterseen Your Tasks • Operational & technical management: Technical and personnel leadership of the financial accounting team. • Closings & Audit: Independent preparation of the 2026 annual financial statements including support for the audit, as well as the preparation of quarterly closings and the consolidated financial statements according to OR and SGF. • Finance & Taxes: Responsibility for accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and general ledger accounting, VAT, taxes, as well as liquidity planning and cash management. • Governance & Systems: Ensuring the Internal Control System (IKS), compliance with legal and internal requirements, as well as module responsibility for the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central). • Controlling & Reporting: Preparation of analyses, reportings, forecasts, and decision-making bases as well as participation in budgeting and financial planning. • Projects & Special Tasks: Leading or participating in digitalization and automation projects, responsibility for client accounting and commercial vocational training. Qualifications Your Profile • Education: Higher education in the field of finance/accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, Certified Expert, or Bachelor/Master with a focus on finance). • Experience: Several years of sound practice in finance and accounting with demonstrable closing expertise (OR/SGF) as well as leadership experience. • IT Skills: Sound user knowledge of modern ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics Business Central) and MS Office. • Personality: Analytical thinking skills, high degree of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
