Data Analyst (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Production division, we are looking for a Data Analyst whose main mission will be to transform data into reliable, accessible, and intuitive indicators, in order to provide teams with concrete levers to effectively drive their performance on a daily basis.

Responsibilities ##

• Be the preferred interlocutor for business departments to collect, analyze, and prioritize their needs for indicators and reporting.
• Exploit data from various sources - ERP, PLM, MES, LES, databases, and equipment - in order to produce analyses useful for decision-making.
• Design, prototype, and deploy reliable, high-performance, and harmonized Tableau dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop, automate, and sustain data sources and flows.
• Guarantee the consistency and reliability of indicators, in compliance with business rules and harmonized calculation formulas.
• Participate in an inter-site dynamic by reusing, adapting, or co-constructing shared indicators and reportings.
• Manage the deployment of reportings within your scope, support users in their adoption, and promote their autonomy.
• Document the solutions implemented and contribute to disseminating data best practices among the teams.

Profile ##

• HES, EPF Engineer's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• Passionate about data, comfortable in discussions with business departments, and motivated by the creation of concrete solutions with high operational impact.
• Mastery of data processing and analysis tools such as Python, Tableau Prep, KNIME, DATAIKU or equivalent.
• Good mastery of Tableau, databases, and Business Intelligence environments.
• You know how to transform business issues into clear, relevant, and actionable analyses and reporting solutions.
• Strong interest in dashboard development, prototyping, data quality, and data valorization.
• Autonomy, rigor, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage priorities.
• Dynamic, flexible, and endowed with a strong team spirit.
