You lead and develop the Process Engineering team for scalable module assembly processes. In doing so, you combine team leadership with practical process development: you define robust processes, ensure manufacturability, and accompany industrialization, production transfer, and ramp-up. Additionally, you maintain strong relationships with external manufacturing partners and work closely with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain until series production.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a Process Engineering team for module assembly processes
• Drive industrialization, production transfer, ramp-up, and optimization
• Establish and scale manufacturing processes with external manufacturing partners
• Develop process workflows, conduct process FMEAs, and qualify processes

What you bring

• Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, industrial engineering, or comparable
• Fluent English and German skills at least at level B2
• Experience in Process Engineering and with contract manufacturers as well as external suppliers
• Leadership competence as well as the ability to master complexity and communicate clearly
