Your tasks – Understanding electrical engineering, ensuring execution

As a Specialist Site Manager Electrical, you are close to the construction activities and assume technical responsibility for the execution and quality of the electrotechnical installations of our construction projects.

In doing so, you specifically undertake the following tasks:

• Specialist site management electrical: You accompany and monitor the execution of the electrical installations and ensure their professional implementation according to planning, technical specifications, and applicable standards.
• Coordination of electrical work: You coordinate the executing electrical installation companies and ensure a smooth workflow of work on the construction site.
• Technical interfaces: You coordinate the electrical installations with the other trades, particularly heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary technology as well as building automation.
• Quality assurance: You control the execution quality, recognize technical deviations early, and accompany the rectification of any defects.
• Planning and implementation: You check electrical plans, schemata, installation, and assembly documents for their technical feasibility and contribute your practical experience to finding solutions.
• Deadlines and construction processes: You ensure that the electrical work is coordinated with the construction progress and that agreed deadlines are met.
• Commissioning and acceptance: You accompany technical tests, functional tests, commissioning, and acceptance of the electrotechnical systems until successful handover.

What you ideally bring:

• A completed basic training in the electrical field, for example as an electrical installer EFZ, electrical planner EFZ, or a comparable technical training
• Profound practical specialist knowledge in electrical engineering, especially in the area of electrical installations and electrical systems in structural engineering
• Experience in electrical installation, as a site-managing fitter, electrical project manager, assembly manager, or in specialist site management
• Good knowledge of the applicable electrotechnical standards, regulations, and safety requirements
• The ability to understand electrical plans, installation schemata, and technical documents, to check them critically, and to ensure their implementation on the construction site
