Your area of responsibility In this versatile function, you are part of the Client Data Service Natural Persons team and take responsibility for the administrative and regulatorily correct management of client relationships. Opening and mutation of client relationships for private clients Formal and material examination as well as processing of account opening and client documents Maintenance, updating, and ensuring the quality of client data in the internal banking systems Carrying out data quality controls as well as clarification of discrepancies Processing and answering internal inquiries regarding client master data and account openings Support in the further development and optimization of processes Your profile Completed commercial or equivalent training, preferably in the financial sector Professional experience in the area of account openings, client administration, or formalities in a bank; knowledge of regulatory and compliance-relevant requirements is an advantage Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form Confident handling of common MS-Office applications; Avaloq/CLM knowledge is an advantage Strong sense of quality and responsibility as well as a careful, structured, and efficient way of working Independent, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a high service orientation Ability to set priorities even with a high workload and to communicate with internal stakeholders in an audience-appropriate manner Please note that we cannot consider dossiers from recruitment agencies for this position.
