With more than 90 sites in Switzerland, AMAG Retail is the local partner for our customers. We manage AMAG garages, Carrosserie Centers and Occasion Centers, for a reliable and personalized service. To strengthen our AMAG teams between Genève and Lausanne, we are looking for a Bodywork after-sales service advisor (F/M) at 100% for a position to be filled immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks ##

• Customer relationship manager: You will be the point of contact for our customers, coordinating appointments until the delivery of the vehicle, while maintaining active relationships.
• True link between our customers and the bodywork workshop: you advise, plan interventions and ensure an irreproachable customer experience at each stage of the file.
• Offer expert: You will prepare offers in accordance with requests, ensure the cleanliness and completeness of vehicles, and manage workshop orders with professionalism.
• Mobility champion: You will create a friendly atmosphere and convince our customers thanks to your expertise and your passion for mobility.

Your profile ##

• Training as a carrossier-tôlier CFC (F/M)
• Solid commercial knowledge
• Several years of professional experience as an after-sales advisor
• Confident, neat presentation and irreproachable manners
• High sense of service, taste for communication and willingness to commit
• In-depth IT knowledge is an asset
• Driving license category B
