The Social Spiez department is an open service organization, polyvalent and regionally organized according to NPM. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a:

Kinder- und Jugendarbeiter/in 40-60% ##

To complement our dedicated team, we are looking for a personality who, with passion and expertise, will help shape the future of Spiez's children and young people.

Your tasks: ###

• Show presence: You actively design the meetings and mobile children's and youth work and are present where the children and young people move
• Launch projects: From the first idea to implementation, you accompany exciting and participatory projects that have an impact
• Give voice: You take responsibility for designing the public appearance and make the topics and concerns of children and young people visible

This is what you bring: ###

• Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences / higher professional school for social work, preferably in socio-cultural animation
• Solid theoretical and practical experience in open children's and youth work
• Good knowledge and experience in project, prevention, and public relations work
• Interest and affinity for new media and marketing
• Qualification as a practice trainer
• Driver's license category B
