Tasks ## • You lead the Sales and Advisory department with overall responsibility for employees and target achievement. • You are responsible for the economic, customer-oriented, and technically correct management of bed disposition as well as for ensuring the occupancy and sale of all offers and beds. • You ensure that the admission and transfer processes of residents are implemented efficiently, with high quality, and according to applicable specifications, including the review of complex dossiers and the ensuring of cost guarantees. • You drive the strategic further development of the area and are responsible for the implementation of sustainable measures as well as the management of cross-departmental projects. • You promote cross-departmental cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, maintain effective interface management, and advise referrers as well as external bodies competently and in a solution-oriented manner. Profile ## • Good negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, service orientation, flexibility, and high organizational ability • Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad and several years of professional experience in acute care • Completed CAS Healthcare Management or equivalent as well as further training in the field of leadership and several years of leadership experience • Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good IT skills (Word, Excel) • Strong sense of responsibility, the ability for networked and innovative thinking, and high resilience We offer ## Look forward to an exciting field of activity in a professional and team-oriented working environment with a "Du-Kultur" throughout the entire company.
