Job objective: In this role, you are responsible for the implementation of automation projects as well as the reliable operation and maintenance of facilities in the field of heat and cold production. You guarantee stable and efficient operation of the facilities and actively contribute to the development and modernization of the systems. You operate at the interface between operations, engineering, and projects and support the team leader in technical and organizational aspects. What tasks await you? ## • Ensuring optimal operation of the facilities as well as effective analysis and sustainable resolution of failures (main focus) • Programming, development, and integration of programmable logic controllers (PLC) into control systems • Management and supervision of MSRE/OT projects, notably control migrations and modernizations of existing facilities • Ensuring and developing quality management in the MSRE/OT field • Supporting the operation and maintenance of operational technology (OT) taking into account current standards (e.g., NIST) • Replacing the team leader in technical and organizational matters What do we expect from you? ## • Basic technical training in the field of automation, electrical engineering, or electrical installation, supplemented by continuing education as a FH engineer or HF technician (or currently being obtained). • Additional training in business management is an asset • Experience in automation, MSRE, or facility operation is an advantage. • Experience in project management or leadership as well as in the coordination of tasks or teams. • Willingness to take on responsibility and to support the team leader situationally. • Interest in subjects related to operational technology (OT) and industrial systems. • Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a keen sense of quality. • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team. • Very good knowledge of German, both oral and written.
