At Synchrotech, we support SMEs, administrations, and large Swiss groups in modernizing their financial performance management, budget planning, and consolidation processes. We help finance departments secure their data, optimize their processes, and have high-performance tools to inform their decisions.

To strengthen our CPM team, we are looking for an experienced consultant mastering CCH Tagetik, wishing to put their experience at the service of demanding projects, in contact with Finance and business teams.

Your mission

• Take charge, with autonomy, of the design, configuration, and implementation of CPM solutions, mainly on CCH Tagetik
• Ensure the operational management of CPM projects or workstreams, by coordinating stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables, in compliance with commitments made to clients.
• Analyze the needs of finance departments, challenge their requests, and propose solutions adapted to their challenges
• Design and implement models, management rules, and processes for management, budget planning, or financial consolidation
• Contribute to the quality of deliverables, testing, production deployment, and user support
• Collaborate directly with our clients and other Synchrotech specialists to guarantee project success
• Ensure the preparation, transformation, and integration of data necessary for the operation of the solutions

Profile sought

• Confirmed experience in CPM consulting and integration, ideally 5 to 8 years
• Mastery of CCH Tagetik configuration, acquired through several implementation projects
• A good understanding of financial processes, with functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: financial consolidation, budget planning, or performance management
• An ability to analyze needs, design solutions, and conduct work with autonomy
• Ability to organize and lead one's own work and projects, coordinate stakeholders, and master deadlines and commitments.
• An analytical mind, rigor, a sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent mastery of French and a good level of English
• Skills in SQL, data integration, BI, or other CPM solutions constitute additional assets.
