Production Mechanic - Specialization Metal Pressing

Activities + Operation of manual, hydraulic, and CNC-controlled pressing systems for the processing of components + Maintaining and updating work documents including time recording at the BDE + Performing general tinsmithing work such as grinding, straightening, and bending + Carrying out daily maintenance of the pressing systems + Participation in the continuous improvement process (KVP) to optimize processes • Requirements + Completed training as a production mechanic, plant and apparatus builder, or a comparable metalworking qualification + Experience in the forming of sheet metal components, especially in deep drawing and/or pressing + High quality orientation in complying with work specifications + Technical understanding combined with strong manual skills + Precise, reliable way of working and good German language skills • Offer + Exciting activity in a technically demanding environment with a significant role in production + Modern work infrastructure and attractive employment conditions according to GAV Swissmem + Collaboration in a dedicated team of a renowned company in the gas turbine and aerospace industry
