Area of responsibility

• Together with the CEO, you will assume overall responsibility for the strategic further development of the company, i.e., you are responsible for: national and international sales, marketing, development and production.
• You are responsible for the commercial department, organization and administration in its entire breadth.
• You analyze market and competitive developments, identify new growth opportunities and translate these into concrete strategy.
• You lead and promote your entire team of specialists, engineers and technical professionals with a modern, results-oriented leadership understanding.
• You will be accompanied by the business owner, who will transfer full responsibility for the company to you after a certain period of time; either as CEO or as future owner.

Requirement profile

• You have basic training in an electronic or electrical engineering profession with further training as an Electrical Engineer FH or Electrical Technician HF, preferably specializing in telecommunications / computer science or similar. If you bring business administration knowledge, it will promote your application and also make your work easier.
• Several years of experience in leadership responsibility at the first or second level in an SME is an advantage.
• You do not think of sales in an operational-tactical way, but strategically and customer-centric.
• Business fluent English, Swiss German native language.
