To strengthen our team, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, a Tasks In this versatile role, you will support the production manager in all operational and strategic tasks related to production. This essentially includes: • Creation and maintenance of quality management documentation (QM documents) • Participation in optimization and improvement projects • Support in various production areas as well as active participation in production • Participation in Lean Management activities and continuous improvement processes • Planning and implementation of training and qualifications • Processing of deviations as well as performing root cause analyses • Implementation and monitoring of CAPA measures • Participation in change control processes • Support for other tasks and projects related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Requirements This position is ideally suited to a committed person who has already acquired initial experience in a GMP environment and wishes to evolve both professionally and towards managerial responsibilities. • Degree in natural sciences, e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, biology, physics or a similar field • Initial professional experience in a regulated GMP drug manufacturing environment • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in pharmaceutical production • Initial management experience or motivation to take on managerial responsibilities is an asset • Structured, careful and reliable working method • Practical mindset and enjoyment in actively taking on challenges and participating in changes • High personal initiative, flexibility and implementation capacity • Open, communicative and team-oriented personality, capable of successfully coordinating the various interests and requirements of internal and external stakeholders Offer You will benefit from a modern and open working environment, where your ideas count, you take on responsibility and you get actively involved in an exchange with a solid team of experts, while constantly evolving.
