Movement Constructor (M/F) Within the technical office, you will play a key role in the design and industrialization of our future calibers. We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to guarantee the technical excellence of the products. Movement Constructor (M/F) Missions and responsibilities Design and develop new watch movements (conventional and complications), from pre-studies to the final construction, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and directives. Ensure the evolution and optimization of existing products through the modification and integration of new functionalities. Develop and maintain complete and structured technical documentation for each study project. Actively contribute to the selection of the best technical solutions during the development process. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (laboratory, logistics, production, etc.) for the development, testing, and validation of new products. Profile Education and Experience: Holder of a Technician or Engineer degree in mechanics with a confirmed specialization in watchmaking construction. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in movement construction. Technical Skills: Advanced mastery of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, notably Catia V5. Proficiency with standard office tools (Microsoft Office). Personal Qualities: Rigorous, organized, and dynamic, you are recognized for your critical thinking. You are proactive and suggest solutions in the search for continuous improvement. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team spirit and ability to manage various interlocutors.
