We offer spaces of freedom, we trust each other and we treat each other with respect ### Your tasks • You plan, organize and carry out training courses for network electrician apprentices independently and ensure high-quality training. • In inter-company courses, you take on the role of trainer and instructor and convey the content in a practical way. • You coordinate refresher and further training courses for adults and apprentices, from planning to implementation, and continuously develop the offer. • In courses on switching operations and live work, you provide your professional expertise in a targeted manner, support implementation and ensure safe execution. • You develop, maintain and continuously optimize training documents. • You actively participate in specialist committees, bring your practical experience and provide impulses for the development of training. • You perform administrative tasks in the field of training in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring a smooth process. • Occupational safety is your deep conviction, both in training and in participating in incident analysis and implementing measures. Your profile • Your educational background includes completed training as a network electrician as well as additional training as a network electrician master or HF technician. • You preferably have the SVEB trainer certificate and use it effectively in practice. Further training in adult education and occupational safety is an additional asset. • * Several years of professional experience in the field of an energy supply company help you to convey the content in a practical and target-group-oriented way. • You feel comfortable training apprentices and/or adults and willingly take on professional leadership. • Thanks to your didactic skill, you design varied, understandable and precise courses. • A confident appearance, strong communication and moderation skills characterize you - even in demanding situations. • You work in a structured, independent and quality-conscious manner with a high level of demand for quality, safety and responsibility; good knowledge of German as well as a category B driver's license complete your profile.
