Junior Finance and Accounting Clerk 60%-100% (m/w/d) Your tasks You work closely with an experienced colleague in finance and accounting. Together, you form the finance team and are primarily responsible for the smooth execution of the following tasks: Recording, checking and booking of incoming invoices Monitoring of open items and dunning Processing of supplier and customer inquiries Payment transactions as well as control and booking of payment receipts Procurement of foreign currencies on a fixed date Booking of ongoing business transactions Bank and account reconciliations VAT declarations in EU/CH and withholding tax refunds in the USA Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Preparation and presentation of evaluations and reports for various stakeholders Preparation of documents for audits and external audits Electronic and physical filing of financial documents Maintenance of (-) data in the ERP system Process improvements and digitization projects General administrative tasks Your profile Commercial basic training or equivalent education/training In-depth specialist knowledge and initial practical experience in finance and accounting Pragmatic, solution-oriented, careful and structured way of working Down-to-earth and motivated personality who likes to get involved, take responsibility and keep an overview even in hectic situations What we offer you A flexible working hours (60-100%) in a small team with a wide range of tasks that require daily presence Diverse and responsible activities with insight into the overall picture Collegial, family-like work environment with short decision-making paths Opportunity to develop further and contribute actively Central location in Zug near the main train station and various shopping facilities Are you interested?
