The Procurement + Logistics (B+L) department sees itself as a service provider that ensures optimal supply and cost-effective procurement of the required materials, services, and goods for internal customers. Warehouse logistics ensures that all required materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right place. It thus supports smooth hospital operations and contributes to the safety of patients.

What awaits you ##

• The logistical processing of customer orders at the interface between purchasing, suppliers, and the internal customers of Insel Gruppe
• Collaboration in the development of procurement models in cooperation with core business and Supply Chain Planning (SCP) as well as in the conception, construction, and introduction of decentralized warehouse locations
• Disposition: disposition parameters, disposition central warehouse items, item changes, monitoring etc.
• Product range: warehouse-specific tasks during the introduction of new items, inflow and outflow control, harmonization
• Checking and ongoing control of logistical master data as well as support and collaboration in assortment analyses and assortment design, creation & development of calculations, reporting and key figures
• Processing complaints and delivery problems as well as analyzing processes, identifying weaknesses and proposing improvements
• First Level Support for technical devices in the warehouse (order picker system, MDE, printers) as well as activity as an SAP Poweruser in the field of warehouse logistics
• Responsible for the supervision of the apprentices Logistiker EFZ

What you bring with you ##

• Higher logistics training (e.g., Logistikfachmann FA), ideally supplemented with business administration or commercial further training
• Several years of practical experience in an equivalent position
• Sound, logistical IT understanding (SAP-MM / WM, Excel / PP / Word)
• Experience in collaborating on projects
• High customer orientation, reliable, structured, independent way of working
• Confident appearance, analytical and networked thinking
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with high self-motivation, initiative, and resilience
