At CALIDA, as a Sales Controller, you support management with in-depth analyses and valuable insights. You thus make a decisive contribution to the successful management and strategic development of our company. Your field of action • You advise and support management, sales management, and specialized departments as a competent commercial partner in economic matters • You prepare decision bases as well as analyses of profitability, profitability, and business cases • You analyze sales developments, margins, and results and derive concrete recommendations from them • You carry out comparisons between forecasts and actual figures as well as with the previous year and evaluate relevant performance indicators • You participate in budgets, forecasts, and medium-term planning and check the plausibility of planning data • You create and continuously develop management reports as well as economic analyses • You optimize reporting, control, and planning processes and actively contribute to the design of the reporting landscape in Business Intelligence • You work on cross-functional projects and contribute to high data quality and transparency of financial information What's important to us • You have a degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent) • You have several years of experience in controlling - ideally in sales • You have in-depth knowledge of reporting, planning, forecasting, and economic analysis • You are proficient in Excel; knowledge of SAP as well as experience with Cognos Analytics or comparable BI tools is an advantage • You have analytical and connected thinking and a pronounced understanding of economic contexts • You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented • You convince with your consulting competence and communicate confidently with different stakeholders • You take responsibility, act proactively, and have the ambition to achieve sustainable results together • You communicate easily in German and English You're looking for more than just a job?
