Job Description

• Creation of precise and competitive calculations for heating and ventilation projects in the tendering business
• Analysis and examination of tender documents as well as evaluation of opportunities and risks
• Technical plausibility check of offers and calculations
• Requesting, checking, and comparing offers from suppliers and subcontractors
• Support of the project management with amendments and additional offers
• Close cooperation with project managers, specialists, and internal stakeholders
• Calculation of functional tenders as well as of in-house projects in the area of heating and ventilation
• Participation in the optimization of calculation processes and technical solutions

Requirement Profile

• Completed technical basic training in the field of building technology, preferably heating or ventilation
• Professional experience as a clerk, project manager, or in a comparable function within building technology
• Strong understanding of technical contexts and economic issues
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• High level of personal responsibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Team-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
