Construction Manager Horticulture Civil Engineering

Your tasks:

Leading projects from A to Z: You take full responsibility for construction projects in horticulture and landscaping – from calculation and preparation of offers to successful handover.

Maintaining customer & supplier relationships: You look after existing customers, win new customers, and coordinate suppliers for seamless processes.

Leading teams & planning resources: You allocate your team and machines efficiently, lead your employees in a goal-oriented manner, and guarantee high-quality execution.

Ensuring profitability: You keep the finances under control, perform regular post-calculations, and report directly to the management.

Keeping deadlines & documentation under control: You create practical construction programs, monitor deadlines, and ensure clean project documentation.

What you bring with you:

Education: Degree as a Construction Manager (HF/FH), Master Gardener (HFP), or comparable qualification.

Expertise & experience: Sound know-how in horticulture and civil engineering as well as experience in the independent management of projects (from CHF 60'000.–).

Personality: Proactive, solution-oriented action, assertiveness, and a winning, customer-oriented appearance.

IT skills: Routine handling of CAD software; SORBA user knowledge is an advantage.

Language & mobility: Business fluent German skills and driver's license Cat. B (Cat. BE an advantage).
