You love the mountains, outdoor activities and winter sports? You appreciate contact with visitors as much as field work, and have an interest in animation and communication?
Torgon Tourisme is looking for its future multi-skilled collaborator for reception, at 80–100 %!
Your mission
At the heart of the destination, you contribute to offering a quality welcome to our visitors and to making Torgon shine throughout the year.
Your main responsibilities:
•
Welcome, advise and inform visitors at the tourist office;
•
Manage requests by telephone and by e-mail;
•
Carry out reservations and sales related to activities and events;
•
Update the contents of the website and the communication materials of the destination;
•
Promote the activities and experiences offered in the resort.
Depending on the seasons, the needs and your affinities, you may also:
•
Participate in administrative tasks, such as monitoring tourist taxes, accounting entries and processing incoming and outgoing invoices;
•
Contribute to the organization of events and take charge of certain animations, such as the organization of musical animations in restaurants;
•
Create content for social networks and newsletters;
•
Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Torgon tourist products, such as the archery course, the escape game or Torgonland.
Your profile
•
You have a real interest in tourism and the mountains;
•
You have training in tourism, hotel management, commerce or a title deemed equivalent;
•
You have a very good command of English; German constitutes a major asset;
•
You have good writing skills;
•
You are comfortable with social networks, Canva and the Microsoft Office suite;
•
You are smiling, welcoming, creative and appreciate human contact;
•
You know how to work autonomously, with a practical and solution-oriented spirit;
•
You demonstrate flexibility and are available on weekends, public holidays and occasionally in the evening;
•
You have a driver's license and a vehicle.
